Lynda Rogerson is a Human Resources Development professional with more than 17 years of successful experience in managing organizational and personal change.
Her background includes achievements in managing organizational change, developing leadership skills among
business professionals, developing career management and outplacement systems, training, conducting needs assessment and research, evaluating and re-designing performance planning and improvement, and conflict resolution strategies, implementing self-directed teams, managing stress in the workplace, and building organizational cultures to support Total Quality Management (TQM).
As a Human Resources consultant, she has conducted many vocational evaluations and behavioral/interest assessments to assist people in their career decision-making process. Also an experienced writer and researcher, her work has appeared in a number of plublications, including Small Business Reports of the American Management Association; Meditations with Native American Elders (Books Beyond Borders); Designing Career Development Systems,
(Regis University); and others.
