    Team Building/Human Resources Consultant
  • Assisted groups in defining vision, mission, and goals as a way to define themselves as an effective team.
  • Conducted temperament, interests and interaction style assessment to assist team members in identifying strategies for cooperative work relationships.
  • Provided feedback focused on shaping inventory information so that it helped to explain workplace problems, described benefits and liabilities of personal characteristics, and illustrated strategies for using personal preferences as starting places for career and professional development.
