Managing and Implementing Change Initiatives:

Rather than conducting "change management" programs, LYNCO Associates, Inc. designs strategies to introduce new technology, policies, management practices or cultural expectations into your company. For instance, you might have a mandate to implement diversity initiatives, or technology changes, or introduce self-managed work teams. Each of these, while a project in itself, is also surrounded by many fears, anxieties and "what ifs" on the part of the management and staff. It is our intention to help you to facilitate the process of change and to make it an exciting, growth producing adventure for managers and staff.

Our goal is to work with you as a partner to ensure that:

  • The changes being implemented are those that support your goals.
  • The process for implementing the changes are communicated to the organization
  • The stakeholders who will experience and be impacted by the changes are involved in the implementation process
  • There is a clear understanding of the process for managing the changes, expectations, awareness and resistance associated with the change
  • The nature of the changes are communicated in language that makes sense to the front line worker
  • Strategies are designed to increase the successful implementation of the change
  • Individuals understand the mental models, mind sets, and perceptions that inhibit or enhance change efforts
