Lynda Rogerson, Ed.D. brings her enthusiasm, dedication to excellence, and years of experience and education in change management, leadership, team building, and career development. She is a change management professional who thrives on making a difference. Dr. Rogerson not only works carefully with you to initiate programs to your specifications, but also designs follow-through strategies that ensure the success of the project.
She consults with each of the individuals who are involved with the project, at whatever level of the organization, in order to develop champions of change, who in turn, make a difference. Dr. Rogerson also writes articles on change, leadership, and personal excellence, as well as publishes a quarterly newsletter called Transitions.
